MELAA Advisory Group (MAG) was pleased to accept the invitation from the Human Rights Commission (HRC) to contribute to our country’s report on the UN CERD resolution. MAG’s participation marks the first direct contribution by representatives of the MELAA ethnicity classification.

Our engagement marks the start of a productive ongoing partnership with the HRC to foster increased awareness of the challenges we confront and the vitality that our communities bring to Aotearoa NZ.”
